Luxury Avenue, one of Qatar’s most prestigious retail destinations, has gone live on Lotus Retail Management System by Cham Solutions and Programs, utilizing the full front-office and back-office suite with multi-currency suppliers and global sourcing.
Cham Solutions and Programs is proud to announce the successful launch of Lotus Retail Management System (Lotus RMS) for Luxury Avenue, one of Qatar’s most distinguished high-end retail brands.
The project was officially awarded in September 2025 and successfully launched in October 2025, marking a significant step in modernizing Luxury Avenue’s retail and operational infrastructure.
Luxury Avenue selected Lotus RMS as a complete retail management platform, covering both front-office operations (POS) and advanced back-office management. Operating in the luxury retail sector, where accuracy, control, and financial clarity are essential, the business required a system capable of handling complex operational requirements with precision.
On the front office side, Lotus RMS delivers a fast, reliable, and refined POS experience aligned with the expectations of a high-class retail environment. On the back office, the system provides comprehensive control over suppliers management, purchasing, inventory and stores, cost tracking, and financial operations.
A key factor in this implementation is Lotus RMS’s strong support for multi-currency operations. Luxury Avenue works with international suppliers and goods sourced from multiple countries, making currency handling, cost visibility, and supplier accounting critical. Lotus RMS enables seamless management of purchases and suppliers across different currencies while maintaining accurate valuation, reporting, and financial control.
