GLOW, DAO & Clinica Joelle Go Live on Lotus RMS

Cham Solutions and Programs is proud to announce the successful go-live of Lotus Retail Management System (Lotus RMS) for three of Qatar’s most recognized medical and aesthetic clinic brands: GLOW, DAO, and Clinica Joelle.

The project, which was officially awarded in September 2025, has gone live today on January 15, 2026, marking a major milestone in the digital transformation of back-office operations across a total of five clinic branches in Qatar.

These clinics selected Lotus RMS specifically for its strong and proven capabilities in back-office management, covering suppliers management, purchasing workflows, inventory and stores control, consumption tracking, and expiry date management. In medical and aesthetic environments where accuracy, traceability, and compliance are critical, Lotus RMS provides the level of control and transparency required to operate with confidence.

By unifying all purchasing and supplier activities into a single system, Lotus RMS enables centralized procurement, cost control, and supplier performance tracking. The inventory and stores management modules ensure real-time visibility across all branches, accurate stock movements, controlled consumption, and strict monitoring of item expiry dates — reducing waste, minimizing risk, and improving operational efficiency.

Lotus RMS now serves as the core operational backbone for these clinics’ back-office operations, replacing fragmented processes and manual controls with a structured, auditable, and scalable system designed for multi-branch healthcare environments.
